RPC designs new packaging for Schwartauer Werke’s Fruttissima fruit spreads

PKBR Staff Writer Published 19 May 2017

RPC Promens Consumer Kutenholz has designed new packaging for Schwartauer Werke’s Fruttissima fruit spreads.

The new blow moulded polypropylene jar features a black lid and reduced neck, while includes the same volume and fill weight of 250g.

The shoulders have been expanded to provide a modern and advanced look for the jar.

According to RPC, the aim of the redesign was to create a stylish look that better identifies the product as a fruit spread.

RPC Promens Kutenholz key account manager Björn Müller said the project has turned out so well and that Schwartauer Werke still relies on packaging solutions from RPC.

Fruttissima fruit spreads are available in different varieties, including forest fruits, cherry, raspberry, strawberry and apricot.

RPC Promens Consumer Kutenholz also designed 1000ml round bottles for salad dressing firm Sylter Salatfrische.

Blow moulded in polypropylene, the container looks like amilk bottle style and is currently available in 250ml and 500ml volumes.

The lightweight bottles can also be utilized for Honey & Mustard, Yogurt, French Dressing, Vinaigrette and American Salad Dressing variants.

In October 2016, RPC Promens Industrial launched a transit packaging solution designed for a variety of applications including chemicals, food and hygiene products.

Featuring a transparent LDPE container within a cardboard outer, the Multitainer is made available in five and 10 liter sizes.

RPC Promens provides packaging solutions for different markets, including food and drink, cosmetics and personal care, pharmaceutical, automotive, and household and industrial chemicals.
